Another interesting thing I had thought about recently, is that 2022 will be a unique year where 3 of 4 digits are the same. Recently we had 2000, 1999. Before this it goes back to 1911, then 1888, 1811, 1777, and so on. (I believe these are correct)
Another one of note is the upside down years, turn them upside down and they're the same. 1961 and 1881 are the only ones in recent times. Before that it goose all the way back to 1691.
