i would really like to take a family holiday for christmas, but my brother works in retail (try getting time off expect for christmas day, you won't get it) and just other things, probably won't happen. i would also love it if my neck of the woods finally became a bit more sustainable for bikers (or that i finally make up my mind about moving to such an area). i have all the stuff i need this year.

I was born on 14th Dec, bad sometimes due to lazy relatives, but it's good as sometimes I get the two combined into one mega-present (i.e. SR MacBook from the wife.)

And 'tis the season and all that, I'm never short of anybody to go out for a drink. My dad's got the best birthday ever - Jan 1st! Everybody is always up for a party that night!

I suppose at the end of the day, I don't have a choice!
