There are a few 3rd party places you can DL it from on the net, but it's not out via Software Update or iTunes iPhone update...at least not for me.
 
i just tried to restore my phone with 1.1.1 and its saying 1.1.2 i just came to post a thread and now i saw this.
 
Didn't unlock my phone 'cause I'm with AT&T, but I do have it jailbroken with 3rd party. I just want to see if it will bug up.

Also, to see if the 1-click jailbreak will work

i was restoring to get rid of jailbreak. so ill install and report back.
 
Restoring as we speak.... I'll update this post and tell you what happens, just wanted to put in spot in the threads😉

Update:

- Devices in iTunes, battery icon shows up to indicate it charges.
- Slide for emergency call changes languages
- International keyboard available
- No horizontal text messaging=(

I've selected "Check For Update" on iTunes and it says 1.1.1 is still the current version. Has anybody been able to update using that method? I don't want to download it outside of iTunes.
