1.1.3 already available ootb in apple stores?

I bought Saturday in Atlanta - week 50, 1.1.2.

Buddy of mine went to Simi Valley store and Thousand Oaks store, but they told him they had to ship all the 1.1.2 phones to the bigger stores...

Is this correct?

And does anyone know a store near LA which still has 1.1.2?

I bought mine last week in Lakeside, it is an '07 week 47.. I want to exchange it because it is defective but am worried that they now stock 1.1.3 otb...
