By specialize in apple, they mean they say no to EVERYTHING.

I've been on the phone for 60 minutes, whens your estimated delivery?

You're no different than those of us there yesterday with a delivery date of Tuesday. It'll leave tomorrow morning like it did this morning. Our phones will be in KY by around midnight tonight.
 
Guys,

I changed my delivery address through apple. Ups is shipping it. Will the location change on my ups tracking info? Right now it's showing my old address still.

Believe me; it'll be there on the given date. That's the same route my iPad took and I received it in 2 days. My gold 32g is on the same cargo as yours with a Wednesday delivery date to central Illinois.

You are not alone! Order was acknowledged at 3:10 am EDT for space grey 32 Verizon. Still preparing to ship. Bummed that folks are expecting deliveries tomorrow and Wednesday while ours may not leave China until next week. :(

I swear, UPS must absolutely HATE this time of year. They must get flooded with calls from all the Trackaholics who keep demanding to know current GPS coordinates of their device, the names of the flight crew, the air pressure in the tires on the landing gear, and current maintenance records of the plane that their specific iPhone is flying in to make sure all is on the up and up.

I doubt any other group of people who aren't even direct customers in these transactions, have ever scrutinized their operations so thoroughly.

It was scanned but UPS / apple update systems in batches. Even in today's fast PC era, 9 million database records takes time and they will get to it just it does not always happen instantaneously. At least to the consumer user interface. I'm sure the folks in Cupertino and Lousiville/Memphis know where you stuff is in real time.
 
My order is still sitting at Preparing for Shipment. Silver 32gb AT&T ordered at 12:05. Looks like I am not alone.

Now to wait for the arrival scan on tracking to be 100% sure that's the plane the phones were on...

Oh man, now we have to figure out where the crew came from, what time they arrived, if try had enough crew rest, and if they had a nice hotel last night!

I'm pretty sure that's where they are. Mines scanned there too. I think they'll leave in the morning for a quick break to Korea like this mornings group and then head off to Alaska for fuel then continue to Louisville.

But it seemed everyone's was updated 5-7 am or so EST. Pretty sure they phones marked in China are still there and will repeat the pattern of today's shipment. You disagree?

You may have changed it too late. I also changed my shipping address and the UPS page correctly reflects that.

I'm surprised people don't get pissed at me for mine shipping first, being I had a, gasp, 12:18/3:18 preorder.
