I think its a default pic.....I ordered one SG and one Silver, both are being displayed as gold.

Here's a pretty interesting article about Apple's logistics. Apparently they buy entire FedEx flights to hold ONLY iPhones and they fit 450,000 iPhones on one plane.

Yeah, but that's because no one wants Sprint. LOL. The Apple store here couldn't give them away. I asked if they had any 5S's and she said "none." Then she thought for a second and said...oh well I guess we have lots of Sprint ones if you need one of those.

You can call the general UPS 800 number. It is automatic at first. Press 1 to enter your tracking number via voice prompts. Then, after it tells you your status, say "speak with an agent." It'll say "but guise, I just told you were your precious is, are you shure?" Say yes. Press 2 for international. Then a human being answers TADA! Say that you want to pick up your iPhones at your local will call center. They apparently have an Apple specialist who must take these calls all day. You'll have to give your tracking number to a human this this time (make sure you write it down), then you are set!
