Wow, this has been an entertaining thread. I have never tracked a package so closely before. The last flight, UPS1014, landed on time at logan around 6am and tracking shows it arrived at East Boston. All that's left is the trip to Norwood then on to the truck for delivery. UPS generally hits my house between 4 and 6pm so I'll have my new phone this evening when I get home from work.

Upgraded from my 16Gb 5 to a 32Gb Silver 5s (AT&T). Ordered from Apple App at 3:04am last Friday morning.

Looks like we're going to be the 3 in our little group here...our phones should still be warm

Make that 4. I'm probably going to call up Apple later today to see what's up. It's frustrating that people who ordered at 3:10 are getting their phones today and tomorrow and ours haven't even shipped. I should've just ordered through Verizon.

Delivering to Brooklyn - no missed connection, but not "out for delivery yet" - so at least some of the NY phones made it... (32GB gray)

Please.... gold 32gb vzw iphone.... Ship today or else I may fall into despair because my phone won't arrive this week. :(

Seriously thinking they may have forgotten to make this model. Hey, with dozens of different sku's to make, one was bound to be forgotten, no? I'm not bitter... :p

Make that 5...ordered a gold 32 gig vzw at 12:08 and am still sitting at 'Preparing for Shipment'. Kind of wonder what gives here?

I ordered two unlocked 16GB phones on the same order (same exact time, 12:07 PDT). The silver one already shipped, the gold one is still Processing. I think gold is really constrained.

Did you make a similar order?

No both were 32GB silver. :(

I am with you guys. I called Apple yesterday and the rep pretty much read line for line my order status that we have access to.

32GB silver AT&T left China couple hours ago as well.

Still says delivery date of tomorrow. I highly doubt it will make it from China to Detroit in a day. Remains to be seen!

Last time I order the more expensive 64gb. Clearly apple gives it's best buyers the shaft. No wonder the stock is down 200 points from the high. Sad fact is no other company is better but apple is making the mistake of leaving the door open.

So mine has switched to being in 'Exception' Status since I told it to hold at the UPS hub for pickup (and my bar turned yellow). I'm sure the exception is because this request for the hold is being processed, bu it's annoying as it no longer gives me the expected date.

Still on the flight that left a few hours ago (that updated), but annoying. I'm sure it'll still be here tomorrow, but with the exception, I can't use packagemapping until it clears. For those who requested the hold for pickup, did yours do the same?

Our phones are supposed to be on UPS 99 to anchorage, correct?
Although, I can't find any flights from zhengzhou to icheon.

EDIT: Phone just arrived in icheon. YAYY! So it flies to anchorage in an hour

Anyone have the link to track he plane that left at 4:55PM? Mines in that too. (Hoping it's one of the rare flights direct to Houston at 10:36 like guys yesterday, instead of KY)

I ordered a 16GB Space Gray (AT&T) using the Apple Store app and received confirmation at 3:03am EST. My phone arrived at my local hub in MD this morning and, as of about 15 minutes ago, is out for delivery! UPS typically comes to my neighborhood between 5-6pm, so I should have it after work today.

My wife ordered a 32GB Space Gray (AT&T) using the Apple Store website, received confirmation at 3:10am EST. Her phone *just* arrived in Incheon. It is slated for delivery tomorrow. I guess we shall see.

Mines left Orlando so it less then 80 miles from me delivered today!

Dude. A couple days won't kill you. They gave you a shipping delivery time frame. Stick to that

Today's Flight Information

Here's some flight info for today's shipment. There's good reason to believe it's huge.

ZhengZhou to Incheon - UPS 5X113:
http://www.zzairport.com/flights_en.php?&airCode=02
Departure: 4:40 PM scheduled, 5:12 PM actual
Arrival: 8:10 PM scheduled, 7:59 PM actual

Incheon to Anchorage:
Now this is where it gets interesting. It looks like the phones are being distributed into a number of different planes, some UPS, some Polar Air Cargo, some Korean Air, and some Asiana. They all leave around the same time. Some of these appear to be Apple chartered flights (the last three). They're probably all holding the 1-3 day delivery group phones.

UPS 99 (regularly daily)
Polar Air Cargo 238 (regularly daily)
FedEx 92
Asiana 268 (regularly daily)
Korean Air 213 (regularly daily)
Korean Air 251 (roughly every Tuesday-Friday)
Korean Air 223 (roughly every Tuesday and Wednesday)
Korean Air 257 (roughly every Tuesday and Wednesday)
Asiana 246 (9/24)
Korean Air 261 (9/24)
Korean Air 203 (9/24)

As you can see, there must be a HUGE shipment of iPhones leaving today. There are eleven flights from Incheon to Anchorage tonight (it's Tuesday 9/24 in Korea), and three of them are making the route for the first time TONIGHT. I speak Korean so I was able to get this info from my buddy at the airport. It's pretty amazing to see the Apple operation machine ramping up over time and kicking into full gear today. Wish I could work for them.

Bah. I live in New York City and got the dreaded "The scheduled connection was missed" in Kentucky. If it wasn't a wrong scan, we're going to have to wait another day.
