I tried it -- the 888 number works great! The guy was very nice and helpful (Not bad-looking, either -- would've put on makeup if I'd known he'd be cute!)

hmm interesting, I wonder if they will integrate this feature into their customer support phone number. so that you can call support and use facetime lol. sounds exactly like something apple would do.

Just tried it, worked.

Except for the flip. We both did the flip and he could see what was behind my phone but the screen simply froze for me. My face in the little window, frozen and his face in the big window, frozen.


What is supposed to happen when it flips? Should you see you're own background in the little window and then of course their background?

Just tried this, and it's GREAT!

The first time I called, my FaceTime connection failed. I was told that in order to activate it, I needed to send a text message to myself, and then call back after 30 minutes.

So that's what I did, and the second call worked fine.

Fun experience, the guy I talked to was very cool, and walked me through some tips on how to use the feature.

Highly recommended.

I havent tried yet but I would bet they are on a computer with a web came. Apple can easily create an internal webcam based system.... They wont have an iphone mounted for each rep to look at a tiny screen all day LOL.
