It's never in the Keynote, but it is in developer sessions (see 2010 WWDC), so they could mention it at some point now that the Keynote is over.
 
It is 512 MB, the original A5 in the iPad increased it from 256 MB to 512 MB. Unless Siri is a memory hog, I don't see it go beyond 512 MB.
 
I'd be very surprised if they managed to squeeze the Siri memory footprint into a device that only has 512MB system-wide.

If they could make it work with only 512MB, then it seems to me like the iPad2 would have it as well.

iPad 1 had 256MB of ram and the iPhone 4 had 512.
