10.14.4 Bootloop On T2 Macs (iMac Pro and others)

I can also confirm that after installing 10.14.5 the issue seems to be resolved. Finally, my MacMini is a lot less annoying... :)
 
...can't even install point releases anymore without serious issues occurring. Just pathetic. And infuriating.

I gotta get off these forums because with every post like yours, I get angrier and angrier at Apple. Time for a Hackintosh'd Thinkpad. Hey, soon it'll be easier to update macOS on a NON-Apple piece of shhhhhhhhhhhhhh********
