I think the server side is OK. I have 15-20MB/s (MB/s, not Mpbs). Should able to finish the download within 10min.

Update: At the end it used 7min to download the 6.03GB full installer, not bad.

Done, very smooth update, everything still work as expected. No error, broken startup items, etc so far.
