Just updated to 10.7.2. Went to use Mission Control and found this.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? I haven't been able to restart after the initial update restart due to downloading iOS 5/iPhoto update. I will post back if a simple restart resolves the issue.

That actually looks like either an overheat issue, a poorly inserted video card or a video card that is about to die.

I think it has something to do with the graphics driver, Mine does the same when going to full screen in VLC or vice versa havent had it happen in mission control though.

I'm experiencing this too with 10.7.2. This is the first time this has ever happened. Previous Lion versions were fine.

Graphics drivers seems screwed up.

I restarted again and do not see the issue now.

One thing I did differently was close all applications prior to restarting, whereas they were all open on the previous restart.

I've also seemed to fix the problem. I booted into recovery partition and repaired my boot disk. I had some errors & whatnot. Seems all better now!

Seems like 'tis still of unspecified/unknown origin & fix.

I used the 10.7.2 Combo updater and all is fine. But then, I did not have this issue to begin with. So whether the Combo did its magic, I dunno.
