iPhone FTW

Sorry but you would need to pay me to buy a Android phone. This is solely due to google exploiting your every piece of info for their own benefit - AD Revenue. Google hold, gather and on occasion lose far too much information about us nowadays anyway and i would not trust them with my phone and the data i use on it. :apple: ftw

Good, because I don't watch Fox news or TV at all really.

As for Apple being greedy. If you want to play that game, every CORPORATE company is greedy. The business is to make money. Someone please tell me I'm wrong.

Nice try seriously. If you're just trying to pick a fight with me, you're making yourself look like a fool.

If Apple is greedy, so is every other company. They want to make something called a profit.

But everyone already knew that, right? Right??

have you heard of bootcamp?

have u read my post to clarify to that guy/girl later on?

OP,
Why list a Caviar black in your sig? I've a pair, plus some random 1.5TB for storage (not really bragging rights?)... 300gig velociraptor running OS... which is down because Win7RC finally expired :( the 4870 isn't too bad though.

And I disagree with the OP, I'll be buying the new iPhone, upgrading from my 3G which I've been more than happy with.

Wow, thanks for that valuable bit of information. have u read the thread completely?

where does it say that i will not be buying the new iPhone?

How do you think that it seems that im 'bragging' in my sig? (ive listed it because when i have a query about something people are likely to ask about what hardware/software u r using) and was cut and paste from another forum

how do you know my sig. is up to date?

think you have insecurity issues to go completely off topic and 'brag' that you have 2 caviars etc. - whopeedo. that was my system that i built nearly 2 years ago now FYI and have since upgraded

..... some people

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I don't care what it says, if I like the new 4.0 OS, I'll buy the new iPhone anyway.

I don't understand all these news reports about the iPhone and its competitors when it hasn't been released yet. Take a look at this CNN article:

http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/mobile/06/04/iphone.competition/?hpt=Mid

The article is pointing out that you should pick a SERVICE provider FIRST before you pick a phone because it ruins the experience and it's true.

As for the whole multitasking argument, its not true multitasking when limited applications are allowed to run in the background. It doesn't work the same way android does it --not saying that it's the correct way to implement it.

I can't take anyone seriously who uses THIS as a reason NOT to buy the next iPhone.
4) No multitasking:

I think the OP/Link forgot to add in cut, copy and paste. Oh, and we shouldn't buy the next iPhone because it doesn't have an app store.
