The closest you can get is 60GB from Microcenter. It's a sandforce based SSD. Only $99.
I would go for the largest 7200RPM you can afford.

A buddy of mine did a test build of a server using 4 of them in RAID0. Performance was incredible but so was the amount of heat they generated. The standard cooling in whatever Dell box they were using couldn't handle it.
To put it into a 13" laptop first you'd need to somehow integrate a PCIX slot and then install the water cooling system from the other funny thread.
