iPhone XS Max 10s Max just shut off and wont turn back on?

I have never seen this before on any iPhone. i just noticed it off and wont come back on. Holding down power button, holding power plus vol up. Anyone know how i can get it back on without going to Apple. I sure hope the Battery didn't fail. Anyone else have this happen with a brand new $1350 device?

Did you try plugging it into charger to see if that brings it back to life.

I think pressing volume up, down and then hold power does a hard reset you can try that, as far as 1,350$ device goes I have a 50,000$ truck that the moon roof broke on so cost isn't a factor.

Yes i expect a 1350 device to not do this. But i am a realist and know any device can fail. Still, pissed

Why not take it to apple? They will probably exchange it on the spot
