I have never dealt with their customer service, but I know I would give it a try if it were me.

The Micro Center special $200 off deal expires on Friday, 4/8/11...
Any body else able to get apple to match this price? My local best buy (culver city) refused to do a price match.Took my scooter down to the Apple Store & sat in front of a MacBook Pro for a half hour listening to the Beetles...
I finally walked up to a fellow in the Geek section to get my questions answered...
Before leaving I had a fellow check with the upper management whether they would MATCH the Micro Center ($200 off) pricing...

Please tell me you're just trying to troll and you really aren't this stupid.
Almost any retailer will give you the difference in what you paid vs a sale price they had if you had purchased it in a certain amount of days. Some places are even as much as 30 days.
I called Microcenter and they talked to a manager and he said he'd ok it. I bought it 11 days ago.
Walked into Microcenter after work and the manager on duty said since it's past the 7 day return policy (without getting hit with a 15% restocking fee) he can't do it. After telling him how much I spend with them instead of newegg or amazon he finally ok'd it.
While the MicroCenter $999 deal is the best price you'll see all year on the 13" MBP by istself, I think the Back To School promo at the Apple Store during the summer is a better deal. You essentially spend $100 (+ tax) more and get an iPod Touch and wifi printer.
I'm hoping MicroCenter continues this deal through the beginning of the B2S promo, and then Apple will still match it. That's be pretty sweet...
Really? Where did you get this info?
