iPad Pro 12,9 M1 shows a dark and a bright spot

Anyone had their battery replaced by Apple and maybe the spot disappears?
Wondering if it could be due to a swollen battery putting pressure on the display from behind.... tempted to take it in for an official battery swap and see if my spot (and now occasionally two spots) changes.
I also keep it in a case and haven't done anything in terms of dropping or excessive pressure on parts of the screen.

Apple doesn't replace the battery for iPads though. They just replace the whole iPad.
