I’m 5’8” 150lbs and I do wear slim fit pants. The 12 Pro Max fits comfortably in all of my pockets as well. If anything, I wish the phone were a bit bigger.
 
I've always just carried my phone in my right-side back pocket. Regular or Max size without issue.
 
I was on the fence for the first 24 hours I had the 12 PM, all because of how large it is, how much larger it feels in hand vs the 11 PM and how much worse it fits in pockets vs the 11 PM due to the lack of curvature on the outside edges. However, I've decided that the pros outweigh the cons. This is an amazing device. My wife has the 12 and the screen size is such a huge drop down that the 12 PM is worth the pocket real estate. That being said, I would have preferred Apple to have just kept the 12 PM at the same 6.5" screen size as the 11 PM and reduced the size of the body around it. That would have been the perfect balance of form and function, at least for me.
 
I usually keep it in my back pocket with slim jeans. It feels like an anchor in the front pocket.
I wear pullover hoodies a lot too so I usually carry it in the kangaroo pocket.

I wish belt clips were socially acceptable lol they are practical

Mine gets an Otterbox Defender which includes a belt clip and mine lives there. Works great for me.
 
I ordered this at the same time as my 12PM.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out it will fit in my front pocket just like every other phone I've owned.

will do the same as we have been doing with prev Plus'es and max's. Well someone woke up I guess.

I am so glad Apple decided to give all the best to the pro max this time around.. costed us so many haters :)

I have never had trouble having the phones in my pockets, getting in and out is super easy.. Unless I have a bulky UAG or similar case on it!
