Yep, I put on the Speck HD case from my iP4 and it fits the same. I won't keep this case - sending it to the new owner of my iP4 32gb (sold via eBay for $305) and have woodgrain items from Zagg coming next week.
BTW, this is the 32gb version.

I'm at work and just set it up as a "new phone" (when yours arrives you'll understand). I'll sync it with iTunes later tonight after work.
Also, I had updated my iP4 to iOS 5.0 last night and backed it up to iCloud. This morning with the 4S I did the restore from iCloud, but it literally put everything from my iP4 onto the 4S, including no Siri (!!!). So I quickly did a restore and will try again tonight.
But as for now, it's activated on the Verizon network and works just fine! Very fast, especially the maps. Oh, and that Siri broad is pretty cool, too!

I will play with it this weekend and see if my friend's AT&T SIM card works, but I'm guessing that someone else will have done it by then. I'm a lifelong Verizon customer, so I don't have any other SIMs to try.

I'm in the USA, Southern California. I had the unit delivered to my work in Irvine, California. Came FedEx from Ontario, California. Pre-ordered at around 12:40 pm PDT on Oct. 7 on Verizon's website.
