Ip6 plus. Better battery. And 64 gb is enough for most of the people. Maybe even better resale value, because you can keep higher price I think

6+ for :

- Larger screen
- Better battery
- Landscape mode on home screen ( meh...but useful at times )

Some may argue about the 6 Plus being better at low light shots due to OIS, but I don't take that many pics so can't say anything about the camera.

Had the 6 been a 5.2" screen, I might have opted for that. But, at 4.7", it's a bit small for my use.

iPhone 6. It works better for me. I find it difficult to operate the 6+ and I just keep dropping the darned thing (baby hands and shallow girl jeans pockets).
Yes I also have small hands, my only genuine concern is that the iPhone 6 only has a 4.7" display whereas I have been using 5.2 inch androids for a year. So - the display is sizeable enough?

Depending on if your particular Android phone has on screen buttons or not the 4.7" display can be big enough for your needs. If I remember correctly, the 5.2" displays are effectively cut to 4.9" if an app is not in full screen mode. I would probably choose an iPhone 6 with a 5" display if it were available, but I will be going for the + model this fall. I'll be coming from a 5.2" Moto X 2014!

As to the OP I would rather get the 6+ 64GB model because I feel the extra $100 is better spent on the extra phone size, and any other "features" Apple gives it. If I had lots of media I would suck it up and go for the 128GB version of either phone depending on how much I feel like spending.

If you're already used to 5.2" Androids with your hand size, go with the Plus. As mentioned, the battery life is better, landscape view is helpful particularly in Mail, and (I don't know if you can tell, but) the image stabilization is supposedly better than the 6 since the Plus uses Optical Image Stabilization, the 6 does not.

Sorry to go slightly off topic, but how do you iPhone 6/6+ users prevent your iPhones from bending?

And no, I'm not joking or messing around.

If you consider between these 2, I assume that you are OK with both size, so I take that out from the equation.

So now, for 6+:
1) Has better battery - for normal usage (not 3D game etc), it's about 14hr vs 11hr usage time available. Should be enough for one day use, but the 6 may be a bit tight if you use the message apps a lot. For phone call, it's 24hr vs 14hr, a huge difference (but again, either case is more than enough for a normal user). For standby, 16 day vs 10 days (most likely you will charge it every night anyway). I am now with the 6+, and never need to worry about the battery, on a heavy day (17+ hours standby time and 11+ hours usage time, my phone still has >35% battery).

2) A better bigger full HD screen - zero distortion play back when you replay any full HD video which was token from the iPhone. Also better contrast on 6+, 1400:1 vs 1300:1.

3) Have OIS - this is important if you will take picture in dim environment. I can take pictures on a boat at night time, which the image still sharp.

For the 6:
A) Relatively better graphic processing power - same GPU, but around 50% less pixel to drive. Which may give you better gaming experience on the iPhone).

B) More storage - I am not considering myself a heavy user, however, I already used up 65G of memory on my 128G 6+.

C) Less software issue - the 6 has the same 326ppi as the 5 or 5s, but 6+ is 401ppi, which is new for iOS, that means more potential compatibility issue on 6+.

D) Lighter - if this is a part of your consideration.

If I were you, I will make consideration by the following order.

Is 64G enough for me? If no, then go for the 6 (be careful, if you want to take 1080P 60PFS video on your iPhone, that will require lots of storage).

If yes, then is battery very important for me? If yes, go for the 6+ (e.g. for me, I am not working in the office, I can't re-charge my phone in the middle of the day, so I go for the best battery option)

If no, do I care about the camera performance? If yes, go for the 6+.

If no, do I care about the extra weight? If yes, go for the 6.

If no, do I want a better screen? If yes, go for the 6+.

If no, then go for the 6 with potential less software problem.

Anyway, here is a picture took from my 6+. As I said, it's at night time and on a boat. I just did that by hand, no tripod, no post processing. I don't think it's possible to have this quality without OIS.

As much as I love having 128GB of storage I'd pick the 6 plus. The 6 is too small for me. I currently have the 6 plus which I've had for 8 months now. Before that I used the galaxy note series for 2 years so I'm so accustomed to having larger phones. I'm a female with small hands but I don't find the 6 plus difficult to use.

In addition to the larger screen size I'd pick the plus over the 6 because:

Higher resolution display
OIS
Better battery life

I only have 13 GB left on my 128GB iPhone 6 plus so I'd find 64GB difficult but I'd still go for the 6 plus.

Yes, a metal / G10 case for my 6+.

Nice! :)

Interestingly enough, I bought a AU$7.00 metal case for my iPhone 4 and I was quite surprised by its quality. I would've expected to pay AU$50 for how solidly built and well made it is. I think sometimes you get quite lucky.

Out of 100, how strong would you say that case is?

TBO, I don't know how strong it is. But from my feeling, I know it's impossible to bend it inside my pocket. And I have confident that my 6+ can survive if I accidentally drop it on the ground.

IMO, this case is not build for extereme protection, but a good balance between protection, design, hand grab, etc.

If only consider the case's structural strength, I will give it at least 80 out of 100. It's possible to break it, but I don't think that will happen under normal situation.

If given the choice again I would buy the 6.

It's smaller, easier to use, has a battery plenty good enough for my uses and doesn't look like I'm carrying a roofing tile in my pocket. I had the same choice originally when they both came out in any case and my views haven't changed.

I'd go with the 6. I tried the 6 Plus out for a week and I just couldn't get used to it. I initially didn't like the size of the 6 (coming from the 5s) but I've ultimately gotten used to it. But you may like the 6 Plus. It's really personal prefence. Also, unless you have a lot of music, TV shows, movies, photos and videos to store on your iPhone, you may find that 128GB may be a bit overkill. I have a 64GB 6, and I still have 44GB left and that's with syncing quite a few playlists offline from Spotify.

Would the fact that I have an iPad Air make my decision lean more towards the 6 than the 6+? In other words, would I underuse the iPad Air if I owned such a large device?
