14 day return through Apple Store online

Odd. Try the Chat Now to return by mail. For me the screen gave me the option to print a shipping label. Maybe the education store is different because you have the gift card.

I was just thinking too, since I have the gift card and I request a return, Apple will take away that gift card immediately probably right? Then what would happen if I decide to keep the MacBook? Would they give the gift card back again?

Seems too complicated! 😅

can you call apple? easy enough to initiate the return on the phone, and you ask your question about the gift card too...

Its likely because if you did a split payment, for some reason those dont have the button to return. As long as you are still within 14 days you can give Apple a call or return directly to nearest apple store.

Thanks for the help everyone! I’ll be fine…no problems using my M2 Air so far and I’m enjoying it so no real need to get an extension of another 14 days to return. Plus, I don’t want to chance losing the gift card!
