Just thought I'd let everyone know who doesn't know already that tomorrow is my big day! I'm finally marrying my soul mate and best friend of 4 years, and I couldn't be happier or more excited. The plans have all been going well, and we know the day is going to turn out great.
Also, we decided on having a smaller wedding - only 58 people. That way we can focus more on them, we can treat our guests more without breaking the bank (we're having a REALLY nice meal and an open bar), and as well, we only wanted our closest family and friends present - the people who mean the most to us. Neither of us wanted one of those massive multi-hundred person weddings where the parents take over and invite a whole bunch of people, and you don't even know half the people at your own wedding and you're just exhausted by the end of it all - there's just something not right about that in our minds.
I'm also happy to say that I've participated in planning and organizing things just as much as Pam, my fiancee. Although many people seem to think it's the Bride's Day and it's "all about her", we think that's not right at all - it's about both of us (it's a wedding after all, the joining of 2 people!), and it's our day, so we both participated equally - I wouldn't have felt right any other way. It was really quite rewarding actually.
And, the icing on the cake is that Pam has decided to change her name. So, with my last name being Anderson, I can truthfully say I'll be married to Pamela Anderson.

Anyway, just thought I'd pass along the good news!
