I knew you two always got along well, but that comment read in the wrong context could mean something different. ;)

I figured it out the second time I read it. The first time sounded like you were wishing him two years of happy marriage. :D

ah... ok - i wondered what you saw that i didn't see. thanks ;)

i now return you to your normal congratulatory messages....

I stayed up until midnight here so I could wish you both a happy wedding day and an infinite number of happy days to come. Congrats, ~Shard~!

What do I wake up to....? Shard getting married. Ahh the world... what has it come to? :D

I wish you two all the best and a great wedding day. May you have a lot of fun and joy and be the time you spend together the best time of your life.
All the best.

It's Saturday. Good luck on the wedding.

Any bets Shard's going to sneak in a post today?

ARGH! That is annoying!

heehee I know... great isn't it. :D I discovered that after living with 3 women for 2 years. heheh.

Anyway... not putting the lid down is unhygienic, speaking of unhygienic did I mention I lived with 3 women for 2 years??? I was shocked I tell you... :p

Ooooooh, I forgot to wish Shard the best for today... ;)

I'm wishing ~Shard~and his bride all the best. Pray that the weather is just as nice as it is here in Boston today. Clear, sunny, 70's, and low humidity a perfect 10 day. Typical Fall. :)

Good luck with your big day, ~Shard. Hope it goes off without a hitch.
My nephew is also getting married today, a 4.30pm outdoor ceremony for about 75 people. Hope the weather there is at least as nice as the weather here today (partly sunny, 80°F).

We need pics!

OK, everyone, he's gonna be very busy today. We can talk about him behind his back. Who's got some good ~Shard~ gossip to share?

I heard that his fiancé told him to go jump off a bridge. Obviously, they somehow got past it and worked things out, but I'm sure the tabloids had a field day.

Congratulations ~Shard~!
Being married is wonderful!
It's great when your spouse digs on macs too!
My wife is also my best friend and I just wouldn't be half the man if I didn't have her.

...okay, she's not reading over my shoulder anymore.

*Darth Vader theme song*
Run! While you still can!

......yes dear, I'll get off your computer now.

Well everyone, I'm exhausted and overwhelmed from all the festivities this weekend, but wanted to pop on real quick and once again, send a big thank you out to everyone who has posted their well wishes and congrats - I'm honestly very flattered and a little surprised there are so many fellow members around who took the time to express such nice wishes and thoughts - thank you all! :)

I'll post more in the near future when I'm not so tired, but I just wanted to let you all know that the who experience was more than I could have asked for and exceeded all of my expectations. The ceremony, the reception, and just being with family and friends was great.

So, more details to follow, and I'll post a few pics as well when I have a chance. It will be a while until I have copies of the official pics, but I'll find a few casual ones to post in the meantime.

Again, thanks everyone! It was great to come back on and read so many posts - and by all means, continue along the lines of Doctor Q's suggestion, I'd love to hear more gossip!

Oh, and yes, Pam is a Mac fan, and yes, she likes Family Guy, among many other cool things - after all, I wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection. ;)

I'm sure we're all pleased to hear how well the day went, ~Shard~. I'm sure it was one to remember and that's how it should be. Glad you could stop by to update your other friends (the ones here).

I'd be remiss if I didn't Doctor Q. But as I said, for now, I need some sleep! I'll post some amateur pictures in the next few days, and then hopefully in the near future I'll have my hands on the professional shots as well. Regardless, pictures just don't adequately capture the true emotion and atmosphere of the event. ;)

Speak soon everyone - and thanks once again.

It was either the honeymoon, or MacRumors.

Don't worry, you made the right choice.

Heh heh - yep. ;) Nah, like I said, we're off this week just doing nothing for the most part, so I'll have time to fit MacRumors into things like sorting out our gifts, cleaning things up, and all that. The honeymoon is in November, so a couple months away yet.

Sorry I missed the big day! I just returned from India, so I suppose I have an excuse. Hope the day went well and was as wonderful as you'd imagined. Congratulations and best wishes to both of you!

Hope that you will have time to enjoy your week off. Happy that you took the time to update us. Be sure to thank Pam for allowing you the time away from her. Putting things in order and Pam should be your priority.
;)

As opposed to the other way round.
Making an ordered list where one of the items is "putting things in order" might be a bit confusing. While we are waiting for ~Shard~ to comment about it, we should do the following two steps in the order listed:

1. Congratulate ~Shard~.

2. Congratulate Pam first.

If you say so, Dear Leader.
Congrats to the both of you ~Shardies!
