Then buy the $149 version that is still cheaper than the any of the previous models.I bought my last Apple TV several years ago. For a device that use such a long time I honestly do not care if it is $50 more or less. But I do care, that I get the functionality that I want, which includes an ethernet port

This is what I was thinking too—or I should say hoping. Since I already have a Samsung Q7 series TV with it's own app store (including Apple TV+), getting an Apple TV is difficult to justify. Browsing the Arcade store left me underwhelmed. I'm hoping more compelling Arcade content will be coming soon. Seems like a lot of untapped potential there including in the education genre. Maybe Apple is getting geared up for it. 🤞I think the reason why Apple pushes Apple TV users to have larger SSDs is because of big gaming titles coming to Arcade soon.
"later this year, a software update will add support for what’s known as QMS VRR. It shows what HDMI 2.1 features are supported. QMS is not listed.
