Title says it all. Picked up a new in a sealed box 15" 2.4 GHz i5 MBP today for $1399. Model is "Macbook Pro 6,2", MC371LL/A.

Supplies are limited. Microcenter in Madison Heights Michigan has 5 left this evening.

When you compare the old and new models, the old one might be worth the cheaper price for some. Like for me, I'm a "facebook" user so I don't really need much better specs. I just like the screen size. :D

So did I, thats why I'll never pay $2,200+ for what I can get better at $1,400. Don't need college to know basic math.

    :) 6850 > 6750

You got pretty a good deal there. :) I love the latest and greatest mentality of the enthusiasts when Apple refreshes their products. Because it always means slashed prices on products that were still considered very good a few days earlier. We've benefited from some incredible deals on iMacs and MacBook Pros through the last few refresh cycles.
