Good point thanks, I didn't know I could get a more accurate reading.

Under load, CPU core temps keep varying between 68-69°C and 95-96°C.

Those temps look quite normal, and are about what I get as well when running geekbench3 64 bit

I'm pulling in 38c right now, but I'm not doing any heavy lifting just surfing the net.

My 2.3/750M is plugged into an external 24"ACD for several hours now under a moderate work load. Can barely hear the fans in my quite office. Interesting that the fans are running at slightly different speeds.
