They will not. I contacted Apple and was told told they cannot do that.
Damn. Guess I’ll have to cut my losses then as returning and reordering through the education store means that I would be without a computer for a few more weeks. I’m leaving for Europe at the end of August and wanted to take my MBA with me.

According to this, Apple is now requiring verification. I’m not familiar with UNiDAYS but I doubt it’s something that’s used with early childhood education. Regardless, I’m not sure Apple would retroactively apply an education discount after I’ve already purchased something.
They removed the verification process a few days after. https://appleinsider.com/articles/2...ication-requirement-for-educational-purchases

I bought my macbook m2 from the education store online in Canada and there's no verification. I also happened to go to the apple store last weekend and they asked to verify my student card (thank god it has no date on it) when purchasing 2 other items with the student discount.

Ordered AirPods, but I'm just gonna resell them at a small loss and apply it to the financed price of the MBA.

I'm leaning iPad 9th gen. Even tho I think my use case might be a little limited, still a pretty ridiculous deal after $150 off

For those that took advantage of the education promo, what do you plan to use your $150 gc for?

Right now I only have the usb c av adapter in my cart but I'm looking to add more.
Not planned yet! But for a new Apple watch I guess! 😌

Might buy an Apple TV 4K. Either that or hold onto it until I need a new phone.

How long are these gift cards are valid for?

Actually maybe a Magic Trackpad for when I have my MacBook connected to an external monitor would be another potential option?
