See pic. Both have True Tone off, nightshift off, and max brightness.

Anyone notice the same?

I have noticed this, don't think it's a nitts difference? Have you tried adjusting the temp on the 15 to be close to the 14? Are you keeping one of them?

It's hard to truly tell what's going on from the photo (i.e. the 13" looks too blueish IMHO), but the screens are spec'd different enough for that to be the difference. It may not just be the nits, but the resolution and what's under the hood as well.

I’ve noticed this but didn‘t know what to think, just accepted It. It hasn’t affected my experience …

I also think the automatic brightness is very sensitive. It goes dark and light too much i think.

Again, i just accepted it as i don’t know if its an issue or just a difference...

so to decrease they yellow are you suppose to turn True Tone off? (with the blue dot showing?) and then have color LCD chosen? anything else that will help? its not bad just slight...

I just made a comparison 15" M2 MBA and 13" M1 MBP, same max brightness settings with True Tone off & color profile Adobe RGB (1998) - no yellow tint observed on the 15" MBA.

I see you have the 15 Air and the 14" pro are you keeping both?
The MBP M1 is 13" and it's still a very potent machine, so it will replace my old and slow 12" Intel MacBook (with butterfly keyboard) in our vacation house in Greece, that will be an upgrade for sure.....
