I wish apple dropped 16gb and made 32gb standard, however it's an amazing profit maker for them so I can see why THEY choose to milk it. Maybe iphone 6.

Got 32gb..... Always had 16gb since the 3GS. Eventually
needed more space.

This is why I'm running 32. My 16 GB iPhone 4 was just about full before I upgraded to the 5. With the 32GB 5 and now Blue 5C, I've always had about 5-6 GB of free space left after I've loaded it with everything I want.

I chose 16gb space grey tmobile because I still had 9 gb of available space on my iPhone 5 16gb. I see no point in paying 100 dollars extra for storage I won't use, but that's just me and I'm sure there are those of you that use the full 64gb or 32gb.

I ordered a silver 16gb for reservation at Best Buy. They sent me an email saying it was in stock.. I drove over there and they said they had sold it already..(something to do with their system). I wasn't too happy needless to say. Well, since they ****ed up.. They gave me the last silver they had in stock. I got the 64gb silver for the price of a 16gb!! one of the best days ever! i hated having the 16gb (never enough room).. now I'm SET! :)

I just forked over the $25 for itunes match and saved 8Gb on my phone. My 16Gb is enough again.

Coming from an iPhone 4, with no itunes match and only a slow 3G connection, I must say: technology has come a LONG way in the last 3 years lol. I mean, I can now stream music while I'm at the gym in order to save space on my phone.

I'm still getting over it all.

I definitely know what you mean. Some people have issues with iTunes Match and I do, too, sometimes particularly the album art but it's the best $25 I've ever spent. I have over 13.5K songs and I hated the continuous picking and choosing that I had to do every several days/weeks/months depending on the free space I had on the biggest sized-iPhone available at the time. Also, I like now that iTunes Match streams instead of downloading the song (did this when it was first released) which again saves space.

I went with the 32 GB. I take a lot of photos and videos, I figure with the 32 I wouldn't have to offload stuff as frequently. Not that it really mattered but my only options were the 32 or 64. Otherwise I would have had to order and wait. And I don't like waiting.

With just a brief sampling from a limited poll, one can see where 16 GB at least for the top shelf iPhone 5s type product may be finding the way of the DoDo...

A 128 GB iPhone may be whats on order in the very near future. :)

i still have 4 gigs of free space on my 16 gb iphone, desipite the fact that apple stole more that one gig pushing to my phone crappy ios7  , that I don't want to install. 16 gb is more than enough for me.

I doubt we will see a 128 GB iPhone in the next couple of years, maybe longer, because I think Apple believes that they would not sell as many iPhones at the $399 price point if they increased it from 64 GB to 128 GB. I think for a lot of people they would gladly save $100 and stick with their 32GB/64GB models if they did increase it.

I'm about to get the new iPhone, but not sure which size to get. I have a little over 20 GB of music. Does listening to music from the iCloud use up data? I won't have unlimited data. :(

I've had my 16 GB Gold since a few days after release and it's amazing :) I still have about 2 GB left of space, so I'm good :)

Yes, you will use up your data if you stream your music from iTunes Match. If you must have all your music with you then 64 GB might be the best option for you.

My plan was to get a 16 space gray. After a long wait in the launch line, however, the last two unlocked 16s went to the two gents right in front of me. All that was left was 64, and I decided to keep it. Love having my entire iTunes library and plenty of photo space.

Wow ... Nice ! ... I must say I'm extremely surprised best buy would do such thing... Congrats

I'm not surprised a poll that asks the question would attract more 64 gb users. My hunch is the actual sold numbers is the reverse of what this poll is.

That being said, I've had 64 gb since the 4S, and was really hoping and halfway expecting a 128 gb option with the 5S. I'm over half full as it is with 64 and would have welcomed a bit more breathing room.

For the first time ever, 32GB! Even though I think it is a bit expensive, I think I need it this time round because I don't want to deal with the limitations for my photos and music :D

i went with 16gb, because it was the only size that was available for the color i wanted (space gray). i'm coming from a 32gb iphone 5, and i've been making do by deleting apps i always thought i wanted but never use. and overall it's been ok. i think i can make this 16gb capacity work.
