Went out and bought this one, hope this one will work?

Well it appears that you already bought them, so lets hope so. :)

There is a RAM guide on this site:
http://guides.macrumors.com/Buying_RAM

The RAM guide mentions that "only RAM kits with CL8, CL9, CL10" should be used. But CL11 is supplied by Crucial and OWC and these are probably the two RAM suppliers that do the most testing with Apple products.

Long discussion on RAM options here suggests the standard Apple RAM is also CL11:

The guide also suggests that 1.35V is preferred over 1.5V RAM, but the ones you selected will probably be o.k.

Has any one tried to install ram into a macbook with retina, like un soldered the ram from the board?

Good luck... Pretty sure they only have 2 DIMM slots so you'd need to find 16GB DDR3 SODIMM sticks to achieve 32GB :(.. Also how'd you solder the ram back on? Your precision and accuracy can't be as great as their robots
