Right now normal use (not heavy) im at around 85% or so at the end of my work day.

I hardly ever get past 3 PM without the phone dying completely. If I had your phone I sure wouldn't be messing with it for fear of losing what I had!

I hope you do see an improvement though. Please let us know what happens.
 
Who makes the battery for the iPhone? I would try contacting them and asking them to see if they produce a higher mAh battery with the same form factor for the iPhone. I would do that instead of putting a $10 battery in an iPhone.

HI, i did bought a 1600mah battery from ebay.hk today n replace to my iphone 3G. infact the battery got a little bit thicker and wider. just a little bit. then my logic board become not so fit, it bent my logic board a bit. after install, so far so good.
