But I was quite unexpectedly very touched by last weeks Doctor Who episode, "Father's Day", (Norwegian TV is lagging, I know...) That episode, even if it was easy to figure out what would happen, it actually got the better of me... emotinally... 😱 😉
I haven't seen it in a while, but when I was a kid The Champ was the ultimate sad movie, even the toughest shed a tear when the father dies...

- Big Fish: beautiful life story, about family and how we relate our lives to other people- how we don't realize what an effect we have...
They are highly recommended, just beware that I'm not quite sure The Champ has aged gracefully. I think the memory of the movie is actually better than the movie... 😉Eevee said:I haven't seen these at all. Must not have been popular here in the US. But I am interested and would like to check them out. Thanks Mitthrawnuruodo! 😀
Nah... Bambi never got to me, but the first Bernard and Bianca movie, The Rescuers, was qute, and my all time favourite animated movie, Secret of NIMH, is very touching... 🙂2nyRiggz said:yea bambi was a sad movie.....damn disney, they love making those sad cartoon moments.
One of my all time favourites. I made my girlfriend watch it with me the other evening, but she slept through a lot of it... she says though that she enjoyed what she did see.thedude110 said:But Amelie. God I love Amelie.
