Except in the North Pole. Jack Frost & the Bogeyman are looking for Santa Claus!
They want to scare Santa into canceling Christmas this year!
Because of this, Santa is hiding among the townspeople. And the townspeople are pissed. It's up to the townspeople to find Jack and Bogey hiding amongst themselves and save Christmas!
Welcome to the Christmas-themed WW game... where no one (well, except the bad guys, who will be imprisoned) dies!
Game Overlook:
There are 2 bad guys and the remainder will be townspeople, two of which will have special abilities. Every day the townspeople will vote for one person to be interrogated. If the player interrogated is a good guy the following happens:
If the player is Santa, the game ends with the bad guys' victory.
If the player is a special, he/she will be embittered and his/her abilities are blocked for a night.
If the player is not special, nothing happens.
If the player is a bad guy, that player will be imprisoned and taken out of the game.
Every night, the bad guys will scare a player. The follows will happen:
If the player is Santa, the game ends with the bad guys' victory.
If the player is a special, his/her ability will be permanently lost, and the player will be mortified and unable to vote for one day (but can still participate in discussion).
If the player is not special, the player will be mortified and unable to vote for one day (but can still participate in discussion).
All players: the player will no longer be able to accept the role of Santa.
Roles:
Good guys:
Santa Claus -- a random player is chosen to be Santa at the beginning of the game. Because of the Santa Clause, the player can pass on the role to any player in the game, except those who has been scared by Jack & Bogey. If the player currently holding the role of Santa gets scared by Jack & Bogey or gets interrogated, the game ends.
Seer: A townsperson that can peer into the souls of anyone and discover their role.
Guard: Can guard any player from being scared by Jack & Bogey. Cannot protect a player consecutively. Cannot protect self.
Bad guys:
Jack Frost & the Bogeyman: Can pick a player each night to scare. The person will be mortified and unable to vote the next day, but can participate in the discussion. The person will be able to vote again on the following day. But if the person is a special (seer or guard), the person permanently loses his/her ability. For all players, once Jack & Bogey scares him/her, he/she will no longer be able to accept the role of Santa (i.e. the current Santa cannot transfer his role onto this player). Jack & Bogey win once they scare Santa and hence cancel Christmas this year. Only players that will actually "die" this game -- actually imprisoned upon interrogation. Can PM each other until one is imprisoned.
