I’m in my room, late night and I hear static sounds, very faint beeping sounds remind me of old school phone lines if anyone is old enough to understand what I mean.

iOS 26.2, 17PM. Bought on launch day.
Not constant beeping but constant static.
Volume off the whole time.
Restarted phone and sound went away. Turned it on and it’s back.
Present when sound is on too.
Happens when both plugged and unplugged.
Brightness turned down.
I’m Scrolling thru text, so I’m not mistaken it for anything else like a video in the background.

I’m tripping out, anyone else too??

My APP3 same but that’s a known issue. Software or hardware you think for this?

^ obviously right, but I meant that as like I confirmed it’s the phone when it’s powered on, regardless of charging status.

When just powered on and not in use, and not charging, your 17PM shouldn't be producing any static noise. I have very good hearing, I would have noticed (and I just double checked in a very silent room - no static). Sounds like a hardware defect to me.
