2 iPads same iTunes?

After tomorrow I'll have the following scenario:

1- iPad 1 - new email address/account for data plan (limited)
2- new iPad - current email address/account for data plan (unlimited)

Both iPads syncing with same iTunes. Problem? I'm thinking not, but wanted to hear from the experts. I would have a total of 5 Apple devices syncing with the same iTunes on my MBP.

No problem at all. I have 2 iPads and 2 iPhones all using the same library. I think you can have up to 10 devices (or did I dream that)? I KNOW you can have 5.
