2 step verification not sending email

Today I tried to sign into my account on my iPad and it hit me with the monthly 2 step-verification email code. I’ve not received an email and even if I try to log in on my iPad more than once it still has not sent me one. I’ve never had this issue in the past and checked my junk mail just in case but there doesn’t seem to be any email. Is anyone else having this issue?

Something is wrong with the outgoing email setup. I'll ping the admins on it.
