i would put it towards an apple 20inch.. it sounds like its burning a hole in your pocket.. i know how you feel

Hmm... I would hang on to it until Holiday shopping time and grab a couple of whatever the cheapest iPod Shuffles are at the time and gift them out to a couple friends/family. Or, if you want something for yourself now, and you want it to be $200 or less, go for an external FW HDD. More HDD is always nice, and it should be faster than the internal PB drive.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned getting an Airport Express. Not sure what your current setup is outside of the 15"pb. With the edu discount, itsn't it only $100 or so? You'd have some cash money, dolla dolla to get yourself an apple bluetooth mouse or something else cool.
Though, I'd probably save it for the next cpu/ipod purchase if time permits.

I don't think you should get an iSight as if you doubt you wont use it, you wont use it. iSights are cool if you know people with one, like family across the world, but otherwise, how often do you wanna stare at spotty girlfriend-less MacRumors contacts

I'd grab a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to go with your new PowerBook. Maybe a 512MB shuffle with the leftover money.
