The Nehalem Mac Pros will use Gainestown, not Beckton. Gainestown comes out in late Q4, so we should see new Mac Pros right before MacWorld.

(The 518 days conspiracy. The last update took 518 days, and WWDC 2009 is exactly 518 days from the release of the Penryn Mac Pro, so...)

Simple explanation. Note the dates. Those posts were before Intel pushed back the Xeon production date. This is an article from November showing the release date as being pushed back to Q1 2009.
