The one and only nice thing about losing is all the fairweather d-bags go away. There's something so fundamental about taking one on the chin in sports to remind you of your fandom.
There's a high chance I'm rambling/full of it, as well. I can't sleep.

Manning released, as expected. Still crazy, though. Any thoughts on where he'll end up? I've seen Dolphins, Jets (no!), and maybe Cards so far.
I've also read that the Redskins may be making a push for him...imagine putting him in the NFC East - 2 games a year VS Eli.
The NY Media seems to be pushing him on the Jets - but they are a long shot - they just don't have the $$ that some of those other teams have. I've also heard the Seahawks may make a play.
It should be interesting, to say the least.
I've heard a really odd rumor that the Mannings don't want Peyton in the NFC because it would ruin the chance at a Manning Bowl. I don't know how credible it is, but that'd be really stupid thinking.
That was supposedly one of the reasons that the Mannings didn't want Eli dranfted by the Chargers. They didn't want the brothers playing each other in the AFC Championship game every year. *snicker*
I think he would fit in well with the Cardinals. We saw what Kurt Warner did there. Manning to Fitzgerald would be pretty sweet.
Not odd in the slightest. As said above, it's why Eli made a strop about going to the Chargers.
He'll stay in the AFC. Redskins will trade up for RG3, Cardinals will go for Matt Flynn. AFC East is my guess for Manning. Either Miami or NY. If it's NY, Sanchez might be taking a one way flight to Miami. My gut says Peyton will be in Miami though.
