2011 MacBook Pro or 2010 iMac

and abt the 17'?

im trying to figure out this too...

i almost choose the imac 27' coz its really impressive.

im almost choosing the MBP 15'... BUT the non-fullHD resolution for me its a problem.

So im thinking about the 17' 2.2ghz. the price is also good, its has a welcome portability and has fullHD resolution.

what u guys think about that?

Buy a computer that suits your personal needs. Keep in mind that you could always plug into an external monitor with a laptop. Make an informed decision, Good luck!

Yes the iMac range will be updated.

IMO if you spend more time most of your time at a desk you will really enjoy using the 27" screen.
