    hey guys,

my 2014 MBPr nvidia GT 750m keeps resetting my screen resolution on start up to some weird Huge screen settings (i cant even see my desktop icons or time zone, it is super zoomed in) on start up. i dont know why?. its so weird, i feel that it is a failure in the GPU? Anyone else experience this?

i have done this. and it started up fine. then on next start up it went back to same problem. it started up in a weird resolution where it does not fit everything on the screen. cuts off the right side of screen and bottom dock. i will attach a picture as an example.

Did you accidentally enable the screen zoom feature under accessibility in system preferences?

No, its not a zoom in feature. it has nothin to do with the zoom in shortcut. it starts up this way from the jump. then i have to either restart it, or change the resolution through display settings.
