11/14 delivery date here also. Mine went from Shanghai, China to Osaka, Japan and left at 8:25 AM. 15" w/ touch bar. Not maxed out but slightly customized.

Seems like I have a monthly limit (9200€) AND a weekly limit (3800€). 3799,17€ is the price of the MPB + The apple care. The MBP payment went through but not the apple care one (I made other "international orders"). So Apple won't ship the computer... I need to wait monday to call my bank because the "emergency service" can't do anything about the weekly limit. Once again, first wold problem but i'm a bit angry.

I think that's really possible. It makes a lot of sense that Apple would ship a big batch of stock ones to a distribution center, then "ship them" from there. You may get a 'shipping notice' a couple days later but it'll be shipping from the U.S.

I think the same will be true for European customers.

The first haul went from Shanghai to Japan. Round 2 appears to be going straight from Shanghai to Anchorage.

I am in the Yukon. Mine is PFS since Thursday...charge was on Wed on the CC. I got my confirmation email at 11:42AM on the 27th. I am a BTO 15".

I am from Singapore. 14-21 window. Credit card was preauthorized on Tuesday. I have a feeling we will see movement on Monday or Tuesday and most likely our Macs are already in Singapore.
