2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Update on my UPS progress.

Yesterday I and many others received an exception as our shipment missed the flight out of shanghai to anchorage. Soon after, our shipments seemed to make it onto a second flight and arrived in anchorage last night. At that time my UPS status, like many others, showed an unknown delivery date. Today I received the Louisville,KY arrival and import scans. Around that same time my delivery date has changed back to Monday the 14th. So it seems that we will be getting our MacBooks earlier than Apple estimated.

Funny thing is the second flight was from shanghai to Alaska instead of shanghai to Japan to Alaska. So ours got to the US before the first plane.

My tracking didn't have the import scan yet. My theory is, UPS import scans shipments that have to go out on another plane first. Anyone who is within a few hundred miles of Louisville will get UPSG to their local distribution center.

Woke up to my shipping notice this morning. 13" TB BTO to Canada.
I changed my delivery location to a UPS Retail Location. It says the delivery change request is pending but this might have to do with UPS Customer Service being closed on Sunday (tried calling). Does anyone know if the UPS drivers will make drop offs to retail locations before individual deliveries?

UPS delivery date is end of day Nov 16.

In Vancouver, my 13" stock still hasn't even charged or gone PFS :( I'm in the 2-3 week camp, so hopefully I see movement in the next couple days.

Ordered On: October 27, 2016
Ships: 2-3 weeks
Delivers: 18 Nov - 24 Nov

Charged on Monday, stayed in the pending section until Friday then it fell off the card since the charge wasn't posted by Apple. Went into PFS after the charge fell off and then I get a shipping notification this morning, UPS arrival Thursday or Friday, but I'm still not charged, there's nothing even pending on the card. Anybody else have an order ship without being re-charged? As of now Apple is about to put my computer on a plane without having any money for it...seems odd to me.

Essentially the same thing has happened to me. CC pending charge showed up Monday morning, went to P4S Thursday (charge was still pending), pending charge fell off the card sometime on Friday or Saturday, and then my MBP was shipped early this morning. There is now no pending charge OR actual charge on my card. Weird stuff.

Just wanted to note my apple page says shipping service is "2-3 business days" via UPS, not standard shipping although I never called and asked for upgraded shipping (I felt confident Apple would automatically use expedited shipping since multiple dongles came 2-day air)
 
My 13 stock mbp has just changed to shipped. Tracking number not working yet. It is coming on ups for delivery on the 15th in KY. My original schedule was 18-25.

No movement at all in Europe despite the flurry of charges on Thursday evening.

Perhaps they will despatch from Europe after all - even the BTO ones - since it seems bizarre that US, Canada, Australia, and others are moving but nothing in Europe.

The only thing that changed for my order 11/25 - 12/2 was that I cancelled it last evening and ordered the same thing from Best Buy with a new date of arrival 11/16.

I hope that the entire Europe batch is sent to an European warehouse and that we get the PFS somewhere tomorrow morning and the 'Shipped' status somewhere in the afternoon.

Yeah and maybe that means: no early deliveries
