Went PFS yesterday, got a shipping notification this morning! Sent via FedEx, which is a bit unusual as they've been using UPS lately, but I'm not one to argue - FedEx is far superior, in my experience.

Here are my scans - what kind of flight schedule out of there am I looking at?

Until it's in the air we won't know anything; people can (and will) guess.

All it's doing now is heading to the airport over the ground. It'll clear customs and then be on the tarmac. An hour? A day? Then be loaded onto a plane. Which plane we don't know.

There is a lot of commerce going on between China and the rest of the world. So there are flights going out constantly. So your package is not going to sit on the tarmac waiting for a plane for a week. Once it's cleared customs and ready to be loaded, it'll be on the next flight out I'm sure.

Well one of our MBPs has a departure scan at 7:19PM and the other one has an export scan at 1:57PM. Obviously they aren't on the same pallet, which is weird because both computers were in the same order. So at least one of them is definitely going to be on the UPS flight 81 set to leave in about an hour or so...but I'm assuming the other one will make it on the plane as well. There was about a 40 minute or so time difference between the two export scans, so I'm expecting to see the 2nd one have a departure scan any time now. Delivery is still scheduled for tomorrow here in the Chicagoland area, updated early yesterday from the 16th to tomorrow. So we'll see....but since at least one person here is reporting that their order is already out for delivery then maybe Apple isn't making UPS hold these until the 16th after all.

Do they send out an email when the order goes from Processing to Preparing for shipment?

13"BTO, 16-23Nov, Germany

15", MBP, Space Grey, 2.9GHz I7, 1TB, 4GB Radeon. Ordered at 1:45 PM CST on Oct 27th - less than 2 hours have event start - within 45 min of going on sale. Shipping to store. Finally went to shipping on Sunday. Available date changed from Nov 25th to Nov 17th.

Wow, I thought just reading this thread was obsessive...

Now I'm seeing the one that had the departure scan at 7:19 has arrived in Japan. Our 2nd one is still in Shanghai according to the UPS scans. So it looks like there's an additional flight today besides UPS81 because it hasn't taken off yet.

Oh! What is the UPS number of the one that landed in Japan?
[doublepost=1479127738][/doublepost]I just got an arrival scan in Japan.

Mine is a space gray 13" touch with i7, 1TB, 16GB. I'm having it shipped to the store and it is enroute with an expected pickup date of 11/17 - moved up from the original 11/25. Being that it's ship to store, I don't know any shipping info, but I'm happy to get it more than a week earlier than promised!

I updated the tracking spreadsheet accordingly.

Maybe the OP should put the spreadsheet link IN the OP (edit)? As these start getting delivered I foresee a few dozen more "Where's the spreadsheet link" posts.

Holy cow. I ordered a stock 15" on Thursday afternoon with a 4-5 week delivery estimate.

Woke up just now to an email saying it shipped! Carrier is DHL, which is very odd. I've ordered a LOT of Apple products and they have never used DHL delivery to my area.

I'm not complaining though! The only issue is DHL does not show the delivery date when you use their tracking number. I have no idea what day to expect it it just says within five days.

So for those of you that ordered a stock configuration I bet there's going to be lots of happy people posting on here soon.

That's seriously crazy! Wow you're lucky! I wonder if you just happened to get the spot of another one's order or if they have managed to really up the production.

I'm really tired now of seing the Processing status while so many people are tracking their shipments!

13" i7 3.3 16GB 512gb. Ordered 2 hours after store came back up. 14-21 Nov delivery.

Still PFS so dont think it will go tonight 2000 HKT. probably tomorrow nights :(

US certainly has priority judging by delivery dates in US later than my 14-21Nov that have shipped already.

Mine went into preparing for shipping too!

Let's hope both of ours are on the 10:30 plane!

Hope dies last!

Or that guy that ordered one week after the presentation and has "shipped" status already :D

I imagine there are perhaps some configurations less popular than others. It makes sense that the 15" stock might be one of the poorest selling pre-orders, even if it'll sell well in stores. Folks spending just shy of $3,000 are probably more likely to throw an extra couple hundred bucks (1-3% of the cost) to upgrade the GPU or the SSD.

My wife couldn't decide between the 7 and the 7 plus. I pre-ordered my 7 plus a little bit after the Windows opened, along with my AW S2 (clearly, too late). Both took several weeks to get here. A week later when my wife finally decided; she wanted a 7 plus in rose gold and a rose gold series 1. She had both in a few days. While I waited weeks after she got hers that she ordered a lot later. Rose gold must not be very popular and, in the same vein, the pre-order "gotta have it now" crowd (which includes me) were probably less likely to go for the "Series 1", and wanted the new features of the Series 2.
