Hmmm, since it is a stock model, I think they will just charge your card when it is shipping. Things are probably different with us that has a BTO order because Apply want to be sure that the payment is sound before they proceed.

But you could always call your bank and check. Maybe the per-authorizing just doesn't show up for you. Your bank has typically more detail available. :)

I'm in Denmark as well and has ordered a 15" stock model and the payment was done in the same day as I ordered! Money charged within 12 hours of the order...

While that would make sense, I really hope that won't be the case, because we are in for a very long wait if they first need their money before they begin assembling the computers, considering that many haven't been charged yet...

Hello from germany!
Ordered a MBP 13" (256Gb, 2,9Gh, grey) on October 31st with expected delivery in 4-5 weeks, so 5-9 december

Until today no charge on my cc, ordner is still being processed..

Hopefully the manage to deliver in the last week of november ☺️

I have bad news tho. Lot of people with 2-3w a 3-4w - still processing. I have delivery window 11/25-12/2 and still nothing happened. I really hope to get it soon, but expect the worst :( Hundreds of 13" on the way to US, nothing to Europe so far.

urgh..

Maybe they dont update our order status because of the mass of MBP orders? who knows.
I dont think that they wont deliver in expected windows..

I guess they are shipping thousands of mbp to europe atm and we all be happy in a few days :)

Apple does not 'favor' US customers any more than anybody else. Money is money.

You all have delivery windows, some of which include this week. You'll get them during your delivery window... slight differences due to logistical challenges doesn't mean they prefer US customers anymore. Your delivery windows are just the same. The route they take to your door is very different, however. Just be patient.

Gosh, what a weird thing to infer from tracking pages!

Like your optimism :) Let's hope for the best.

Crapking120: But we are still waiting in Europe.

I would love to see how many orders are in Europe and in US.

My order to HK has just gone PFS. Movement...at last

Hope at last. Unfortunately it is 7pm and I am still stuck in processing.

Starting to lose hope that I will see it tomorrow :(

I think it is easy to see they do prefer r US. Most people in the US have 17-24 window and got prepared and shipped out way ahead of it.

Here in Asia we have (me included) 14-21 and still processing.

I am sure US people will get them first, far ahead of Asia, Europe or Australia.

The first will probably receive them tomorrow/today (Monday).

I remember what led me to choose a Mac over Windows. I'd bought a Dell PC (back in the days of Windows ME) that had nothing but problems. At the time, Macs were slower, but worked a lot better.

Coupled with the fact that I'm still running a maxed out 2008. I could have never done that with a Dell. Here's to another 8 years!

If there are logistical differences you don't give the same delivery window to the EU in the first place and then ship the US at least 4 days earlier. It's also not like it is their first product launch and they suddenly see these problems.
