May I also add that my order that is shipped from Rialto, CA to Davis, CA is coming via UPS ground. I think this is a good sign because it means that they are adjusting shipping speed based on location. It only takes about 5 hours of driving to get from Rialto to Davis so I would understand the ground shipping option. I wonder if others that don't live is as close to Rialto have UPS ground as well or if they have a faster means of shipping

I got an international release, but nothing else since about 9:39 AM Eastern Time this morning, what does that mean exactly.
Has your status been "in transit" since then? Mine is likely on fdx72 that took off in the afternoon today, eastern time. With your 9:39am est time, you may be on fdx90 with some others from this thread (departed 10:54am est). Here is a link: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/FDX90/history/20161114/1524Z/ZSPD/KMEM
It just landed, so check for updates. If not, there is a button for searching for other flights between those airports (shanghai and Memphis, FedEx'S hub)
G'luck!

Mine too!!
Ours have been traveling together. Where is yours headed? What is your delivery Window?

I'm in the same boat. However, as an ex apple employee, I can tell you that it's normal. For security reasons, apple can't tell you about shipments to stores, even employees are not made aware of shipments untill they arrive (usually at random times). This avoid chances of theft, but it also means we have no way to track our pickup orders. We'll only be made aware of their advancement once they are safely arrived in store
Cool. Do you think there's any chance it'll be ready before the estimated date? (thursday)
Also, what time are in store pickups usually ready?

Congrats! 1step closer! Seems like FedEx makes it harder to tell when our packages are on a plane vs just hanging out at the airport ("in transit, shanghai, cn" actually means being on a plane somewhere above the Pacific Ocean!)

I'm in the SF Bay Area :) I ordered within minutes of the store coming up with the first window 11/15-11/22

I agree, I wasn't sure if it was sitting in Shanghai or on the plane. But I am glad that it was on the plane. Now the wait until Wednesday morning.

Is your delivery day Wednesday?

Ordered mine yesterday. It says delivery is between 22nd to 29th of December. Yikes!!! I got the 13 inch Macbook Pro with the touch bar. It's a custom order, everything maxed out but for the SSD. I hope I get it a lot earlier.

Is it just me or does anyone have a feeling like we're "stalking" our packages? I feel kinda like a creep, not gonna lie.
Oh well, whatever it takes to know where my laptop is I guess :)
