Shipment is currently enroute from Korea to Louisville. Scheduled delivery, Thursday, November 17 in Washington, DC.

Have you all (or any others that have had a label made Sunday night in Rialto) seen any movement in your UPS tracking info? I'm in the same boat--label made 36+ hours ago but not showing any movement by UPS.

Now, they will be in Shanghai, Exported but not Departed, for at least 48 hours. Why? :mad:
I'm sure they are lonely as all get out. :(

Next opportunity for movement: Tomorrow morning texas time, on the next UPS 81 flight out.

Why did Apple ship mine via DHL!!??!!??

their website does not give expected arrival date . My MacBook has been stuck in China for two days, no status update, no eta.

The only thing I can figure out is that I ordered it from the government store and they don't care if it gets to you quickly if you are government. Then again, it could ride tomorrow at me know the deal. But I have a hard time believing that, let's hope the tracking info changes soon.

At the end of the day I can't complain my daughter was only place to last Thursday.

Apple shipped my MacBook via DHL. (1st time ever they didn't use UPS or FEDEX) My status also shows stuck in Shanghai since yesterday.

I've read on past threads that UPS has a maximum number of units they can ship out of China per day for Apple. If that's true, that's probably why some are hanging out in Shanghai for so long. It also seems to be ordered by the time of the arrival scan at Shanghai, not the export scan (but definitely an export scan before it would ever leave there). I would be shocked if yours isn't on the next round of planes tomorrow. Mine left China today and went through Osaka Japan on it's way to Anchorage, so they seem to be using both the direct and non-direct routes to get these shipped.

I was hoping so much for Friday. Maybe it'll make up some time between Concord, ON and Vancouver.

Edit: Just to say, I'm also pretty disappointed since I called to ask for an upgrade to the shipping, they said it was the coming the fastest method. But UPS is just Standard Shipping, 6 business days to cross Canada.

For a bit of context - I'm based in the UK ordered my 13" with tb and 16gig ram on 3 November. Delivery window is 16 December to 22 December.
 
Ahh was really hoping I'd get mine before next Wednesday so I'd have a few days to set up everything up on while I'm off of work for Thanksgiving. But doesn't seem like that's gonna happen lol :(
 
Posting from this beauty. I'm pleasantly surprised by the touchbar, although it makes me think I have a touchscreen computer. That may have more to do with the case I use my iPad in though as it's set up like a laptop. I also like the keyboard since it's "clicky." I really hope everyone gets their beautiful machines soon!!
