I think ours are sitting next each each other

Mine also arrived in Anchorage two days ago without any further reported movement. December 17th at 5:13pm to be exact. I talked to an international specilist at UPS a couple of hours ago. The flight to Anchorage...flight UPS81 left for Louisville a few hours after landing in Anchorage...and made it to Louisville at 10:23am yesterday. I believe these time are fairly accurate I'm relying on my memory. I tracked the fight from Osaka to Anchorage and then onto Louisville on FlightAware.

Anyway, the international specialist said she checked with their Apple specialist and all the units that come into Louisville go through Customs and it takes a day and a half. So, why UPS can't update their tracking info to show this was unclear to me. She did say the units tracking info will all be updated tomorrow morning to show departures from Louisville to points with the US.

I was told my unit was still on track for a California delivery Wednesday.

Mine has been sitting for around three days in Shanghai, CN during an "export scan"... getting really annoyed about the lack of movement or updates on UPS's part. It's due to be delivered by end of day December 22 to North Carolina.

I'm hoping it's moving and the scans haven't been filed yet. But it's discouraging because I know it still hits a scan in either Korea or Japan before hitting Alaska. ALASKA.

I'm hoping it's moving and the scans haven't been filed yet. But it's discouraging because I know it still hits a scan in either Korea or Japan before hitting Alaska. ALASKA.

I went back and looked at my package and from arrival to departure at Shanghai was 37 hours. But from what I learned...your package could be making progress...even though the tracking info hasn't updated.

And just to reassure, my new MBP is getting amazing battery life, probably 10+ hours. Don't let the few with issues deter you. The only thing I do dislike a bit is the loud keyboard, but I will adjust as I learn to type more softly.

I am setting it up as a new machine and manually moving things over though right now.

I'm loving mine too. No problems at all. I have been using the track bar and love it. The waiting for it was horrible, but it was worth it in the end. Those who are waiting still, I hope you will feel the same when you get yours finally. I think they may have fixed problems the first ones had, it also came with the latest OS installed, I did not have to update. The battery life has been awesome as well.

Omg, are you me? Mine's been doing the same thing and it's also scheduled the 22nd. I ALSO am leaving on the 23rd for a 5-day trip - so I hope it hurries up! UPS is still saying it's on-time to arrive the 22nd.

Looking at your posts, we also have the same configuration. I'd wager our laptops are sitting next to one another right now. When was your export scan? Mine was at 1:16am Shanghai time 12/18/16

Well, I feel better that I'm not alone in experiencing this. Our laptops are definitely taking a joy ride together lol. Where are you shipping yours too?

I made the stupid mistake of ordering some dongles with my MBP, which apparently ships from a different warehouse... do any of you knows how it works ? Does it delay greatly the shipment (my order said it was shipped with an estimate to arrive before or within 29/12).

If your est. delivery date is 29/12 then it should on/before that day.

Don't worry, the fact that you ordered some dongles doesn't influence the fact that your shipping is stuck since saturday...like mine
I have (smartly ...lol) ordered the dongles separately, so my 15 inches tbMBP is alone on the order, and the doesn't prevent it to be stuck somewhere in Asia

Shipment dispatched (when status changed to shipped) > In Transit to Customer- Shipment on Schedule (few hours later) > Shipment dispatched (2 days later)

Soooo mine landed in TN on Sunday and hasn't moved at all since then lol. It's still supposed to be here on Wednesday the 21st but it's scaring me a bit that it's the 20th and it's still in Tennessee.

Mine juste shipped yesterday and I placed the order on November 28th.

Ordered on Nov 5, Silver/15/2.6/512/460. Was shipped on Dec 15 via UPS and has been stuck in Louisville, KY since Dec 17 with no further movement. UPS says delivery is by end of day Dec 22. Original delivery window was Dec 15 - 21 so it will actually be one day later than the last day quoted by Apple. Totally disappointed, this has never happened before, I normally get stuff delivered much earlier than quoted.

Welp. After taking three full days to move from Shanghai, UPS finally pushed my Macbook to Japan. In doing so, my delivery date was pushed back a day where I will be leaving first thing in the morning for a week.

Looks like I won't see it until end of December now. I really like how UPS randomly procrastinates shipment without warning or reason.

Yep. Exactly same dates as mine.
