Are you absolutely sure it was not there in the begin with and that you just now happened to notice it?
Usually these are manufacturing flaws. Or then there is small gap somewhere for dirt to have way in. Have you used compressed air to clean your MBP by any chance?

Hard to say what to do. Do you absolutely need Apple laptop? I mean there are plenty of better laptops for cheaper price available if you can live with Windows.
I got mine just because I wanted to own a laptop with Apple logo:)
Basically mine is just used as a toy that allows me to get to know MacOS system and intergrating with my other Apple gear but for everything else I use Windows machines. My old Zenbook easily beats my MBP in run time on battery, it lasts full workday on battery, MBP gets only half day, so totally unusable for any serious work anyway.

By the way, you said you have Apple Care. Doesn’t that give you possibility to deal directly with Apple and bypass those local services? I understood they can pick up and take it to their own service center abroad. Could be alternative if you don’t trust your local service. Anyway parts should come from Apple so there should not be any difference no matter where the screen is replaced. Also screen exchanging/installation is trivial job, pretty much a janitor could do it.
No it definitely wasn't there in the beginning I don't know what this is or how did it come.
No I don't use compressed air either.

I am used to the Mac OS and wouldn't want to switch to windows unnecessarily. It is sad my laptop isn't even a week old and has this issue.

Yes I have apple care but in my country there is no direct apple only third party authorised service provider.

My two options are getting the screen replaced with the third party authorised centre but from my past experience every screen replaced with them (I had over 8 between 2 machines) all seemed to suffer from color issues and backlight bleed while one screen I replaced in Apple Germany at the Genius Bar was perfect.

So I can hold on to this and get the screen replaced whenever I travel to a country that has a Genius Bar.

My second option is to send this computer back to the states and get a full refund but then I will have no computer and if I buy the same Mac from my country it is 600$ more.

So I am really confused as to what to do!

Good question. Anyway, I don't think replacement parts should be any different depending on the location or service center as long as it is official one that does warranty jobs. They should be getting the screens from the same source. Could have been just pure luck you got acceptable from another place.
Also have you called directly to Apple? Because if I'm not misunderstood they should be offering pick up / return from/to home and take the unit for repair to their central service center. But I may be wrong.

Also you could just keep rejecting bad display if it does not look acceptable and in case you get the same issue three times, then demand for the new machine due to many repairs for the same issue.
But again, the replacement machine could just mean you get another problems. I assume your current one does not have battery problems or trackpad issues, or something else (mine has weak battery and trackpad is uneven...). I have also had stuck key few times. But yeah, I'm happy with the display.

Seriously if you have had so much problems with your prevoius machines like you mentioned, I'd strongly suggest trying something else. There are plenty of better notebooks if you can live without fruit logo.
Also Windows 10 isn't bad, I have been pretty amazed myself with this my first MacOS device. It just seems to lack so many options Windows has. Yeah, it is nice how it integrates with my other Apple gear but other than that just missing a lot of features I though should be in every machine these days...
