No shipping info on my iPhone yet on UPS despite preparing for shipping. I am sure it will be sometime today if it follows the pattern of past years.


On another note the additional Hermes Bleu de France band I ordered for my Hermes Series 8, moved to preparing for shipping this morning. Watch is still processing.

Yes I do appreciate you finding out always interesting I see they are doing some 14’s already in India

There is a high chance the iPhone 14 Plus model may come from India. That would be nice if it does. Since India signed a big contract with Apple. So I'm 80% sure the iPhone Plus model may come from there. We will know for sure next month.

I have the apple magsafe wallet - INK that I picked up and it sure does look more like dark navy blue to it then purple. Just like the ink in the pen, it's not pure black.

So you think it looks more dark blue than dark purple?

i placed my order at 5:02am and got a 9/23 date with delivery by Postal Service.

I just checked UPS My Choice this morning and I’m seeing an origin scan from China and a 9/16 delivery date!

I ordered Ink. Didn’t expect it to be a navy blue. Now I’m thinking Midnight, which I thought would be too bluish. Wish they had an aubergine or deep cherry this year. We need more color options.

Midnight only shows a little blue in the brightest sunlight. Otherwise, it looks black - especially compared to Ink, side by side.

Possibly a dumb question: if I ordered a Series 8 Watch and iPhone 14 Pro, would they come in a single box, or as two separate shipments? I only see one UPS shipment so far but would expect another soon for whichever doesn't weigh 0.4kg.

Both will come in separate boxes. If it’s an international shipment Apple does not combine the packages together. Why? Because it comes straight from the factory, a production assembly plant instead of a warehouse. Happy and safe travels!

Ours have "departed from facility" at 11:27 pm! On the road to Shanghai! Just thinking that it's a very good thing that UPS doesn't charge per status look-up. Would cost me a fortune during these travel times!
